Hannaford Pharmacy

Every single time I need to call and get my medication filled because the auto system does not work I can NEVER get through. I called 6-7 times please leave messages and I do not get my calls returned or my medications refilled. I should not need to go into the store ask for a refill and then sit and wait for 40mins every month. This is insane.

I never seen a pharmacy fall apart so fast since the original people have left this place this place that needs to be all revamped this place needs to replace everybody and restart over again

Refused to file vacation override for a prescription and instead of doing it told me to call my insurance. Well my insurance said that’s not how it works and the pharmacy needs to call. I guess they are too busy doing other things to help a patient and instead give them wrong information purposefully. Edit. Well looks like I’ll be looking for a new pharmacy. Called left three messages and nothing. Wow.

Usually this pharmacy is pretty good but I had a knee operation done in the morning, the doctor sent them in himself with a confirmed time stamp of 12:46 P.M. for pain meds for me which I was supposed to start taking at 2:30, we were calling the pharmacy andthey said it wasn't there so we asked them to give us a call when it finally arrives so we can pick them up. They never bothered calling us. We found out the medication was there this morning when we started our phone calls again at 9 AM. They confirmed that they had filled the prescription at 4 PM, but they never bothered calling me.

Everytime I come to this Pharmacy, I am always greeted by Stephanie with a nice smile and the most helpful demeanor that one can exhibit.She is very efficient. Will go to any extreme to make sure you get the exact pharmacy medicines and directions with immediate consultation with the licensed pharmacist.Her customer service skills is beyond perfect.Because of Stephane, I will always be a customer at the Hannaford Pharmacy.
