Hannaford Pharmacy

This pharmacy has the best staff- hands down. When I moved from one town to another, I remained with this location because I couldn't take the chance the closer pharmacy would be the same or better. It's worth the drive for superior customer service.

They know their people, they care, and they're knowledgeable. I've worked as a caregiver for much of my life, so I've dealt with a lot of pharmacies. This is where I choose for myself.

The staff at the Hannaford Riverside Pharmacy are wonderful and I have high expectations when it comes to customer service. I give them 5 stars all well deserved. It is rare to find 1 amazing employee but to have at least 4-5 in one department is unheard of. I don’t think I am allowed to put up names but the lead pharmacist is a doll, the new pharmacist was awesome and you can’t have a great team without the assistants that come to the register. You know the ones that actually ring you up. There is one gentleman that must know my DOB by heart because I am always bothering them and of course you have the mom type that seems to have a photographic memory or at least mad memory skills and never seems to get tired. I’m forgetting someone but it can’t be helped. The basics—they are Always Quick

Had a bad experience today and one other time before. The guy at the reception desk was kinda arrogant and proud....when it is their fault to not know how to check a name and details on the system and thats when he charged me whole amount instead of copay. He kept pushing me at tjw back of the line saying " give us 5 minutes"...for what. To check a name and insurance?. He kept saying " work with me I work with you ma'am. Moving to a different pharmacy peacefully.
