Hannaford Pharmacy

The pharmacy here is an utter joke of an operation. 4 days after my doctor called in my script I go to get it and she says “it’s still not ready, you will have to wait” I come back and then “Your meds are controlled so the pharmacist must give it to you and he stepped away” ALL of this with the most unprofessional approach. I emailed my doctor to send my pills anywhere but here.

I almost never write reviews but this was pretty bad. To begin with, their system doesn't send out multiple notifications. So if you have two scripts and picked up one, or if one is on back order, good luck! I've had to wait a few weeks before finally going back in and they told me themselves to try another pharmacy. My doctor had me increase my dosage by 1/2 a pill mid-bottle, causing it to run out slightly earlier than it should have. New script got sent in, and the pharmacy refused to fill it because they deemed it too soon. The initial dosage was 100mg, and the new script for the same 100mg 𝙝𝙖𝙙 been updated for taking 1.5 tablets a day (which I guess the employee missed, a relative was trying to pick up the medication for me and was just stonewalled beyond that so we didn't even kno

Absolutely the worst Pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with , very incompetent personal there , was when th Hannafords Hudson for years and they were great ! This place is Absolutely Terrible!

Three trips to the pharmacy get the right number of pills for antibiotics for my injured, elderly parent. The pharmacists are very nice and apologetic when they realized the mistakes. Bobby is great as well. However, I get hostile and condescending attitudes from the two ladies up front at the pharmacy register telling me I need to count the pills after pickup and talking down to me. Last week was the one with the long blonde hair and this week is from the lady who looks like Betty White. Been going to this pharmacy them for many years with great service. If it wasn't for the pharmacists and Bobby, I'd go elsewhere.
