Hannaford Pharmacy

I feel its touch an go here. I’ve experienced a lot of different pharmacies. They are not the worst but not far from it. After over a year of monthly medications they can’t seem to understand to have things on refills which is abnormal. They never seem to have things in stock. Their hours are weird an inconsistent. They claim to call doctors and insurances for sake of med information or coverage yet you will never actually get an answer from them so if they offer to do it for you fair warning, just do it yourself. Also they will never call you back. Aside from that the workers are very professional and sweet as far as customer service goes.

Need advice on morality? Hannaford Pharmacy is your place! Hannaford was a delight to work with for the past year - but no longer. Before transferring my prescriptions there, I spoke with the regular, seasoned pharmacist at length & in specific detail about my prescriptions and Hannaford's policies regarding refills, since I travel for work and reside in two different locales. He clearly stated the policies & I relayed them back to him to confirm. I have come in a couple of times a month for almost a year & everyone there has been wonderful, friendly & accommodating. However, last week when picking up refills & dropping off a couple of prescriptions to have on file, suddenly, after almost a year, I was curtly informed the policies I had been given were incorrect. I was even informed which

I visited the Hanford Pharmacy yesterday for the first time. I was attempting to fill pain medication for my ex-wife. The pharmacist, Courtney, could not have been more friendly or helpful. She took time to describe a refusal for payment by my ex-wife's insurance and a possible alternative which would be covered. This kind of professional care is somewhat unique and extremely appreciated.

Hannafords pharmacy has been my pharmacy for the 26 years I have lived in Dover. We live in an area within walking distance of 4 pharmacies (including Hannafords). I have frequently asked the advice of the pharmacist and find it valuable and accurate.

No hassle. When your prescription is ready it’s ready . Prices are typically always the lowest . The staff is very courteous and helpful.
