Terrible experience. I booked my appointment online and even got the prompt to check in when I arrived, but when I got there they told me they “never confirmed my appointment.” Then they said they could see me at 10, but a little later they asked what the visit was for and told me they weren’t doing routine check-ups today because the doctor wasn’t seeing those kinds of appointments. I completely wasted my time. Very poor organization and zero clear communication. I won’t be coming back.

I love bringing my kids here to see Dr Lorena! She’s very sweet, she’s patient with my little ones and she’s very informative. She is amazing!

Mrs. Lorena is AMAZING. She’s caring, dedicated, sweet, very knowledgeable, and educating. I love how well she explains everything & takes the time to check up on my son when he’s been very sick. She’s a very dedicated PNP.

Even when you have a set date and time for an appointment, they take over 30 minutes to bring you in and most of the time over an hour of wait time before the nurse or doctor can see your kids. I understand every patient is different, but this has been getting worse and worse over the years.

I absolutely love the way she’s always very supportive, polite, respectful, and caring towards my Twin Daughters!
