Doctor Anthony creat a 3” tall base for my shoe and told me it never get squeeze and will stay 3” if this happen come and I will replace it. Today I asked them to replace it because it’s around 2” tall they telling me we need new doctor prescription. I still need 3” base as before but they are not even willing to discuss without another doctor proscription!!

Horrible customer service. Workers are not knowledgeable. I went thru an act of congress trying to take care of things while I was in town from 2 hours away. After an hour we were turned away and told they didnt have what we needed at the facility. Wish someone could have told us that to start with.

Terrible customer services, 25 minutes on hold and then she hung up the phone,they couldn't find my referral. Even after 67 minutes still couldn't make appointment.

Very friendly and great with both my kids.

Very clean. Masks are still required here. Friendly staff.
