I had an amazing experience initially, receiving my device before the 90-day mark. However, I'm having trouble getting a follow-up appointment. I've left multiple voice messages, but nobody has returned my call, and it's been over 90 days. They only seem to answer calls for new appointments, not follow-ups or adjustments. If you need an adjustment before the 90 days, I wouldn't recommend this company. Nobody returns calls, answers calls, or follows up.
