I’ve been going to Lauren for almost 3 years now and she is the BEST! She has done wonders for my neck and back, and it amazes me how she’s able to uncover trouble spots I didn’t even know existed. You will leave feeling so refreshed. She is incredibly attentive and caring. I love the ambiance of her new location, it really enhances the overall experience. Lauren is by far the best massage therapist I've even been to in my 50 years! Her knowledge of the human body leads her to where her hands (and elbows!) are most needed! And the energy she brings to the experience is so positive and healing to my soul! I always come out of an appointment with Lauren better than when I arrived!

This was the absolute best massage and body therapy I’ve ever experienced. I’ve had chronic muscle pain for years and it had gotten worse the past three weeks. I went to a chiropractor… no improvement. I tried other massage services… left feeling worse. I decided to go to Lauren because I heard she is extremely knowledgeable in her profession. She was able to assess me and target certain muscles in the inflamed areas of my neck and back. It was the first time in my life I felt heard and understood. I have been going to Lauren for a year now, in an effort to ease pain in my Achilles and take a more preventative approach to sports induced injury.
