Hands On Therapeutics

I was lucky enough to have the ER doctor in charge at Missouri Baptist recommend Hands on Therapeutics in 2017, and I have been going there off and on since then. I have seen four outstanding physical therapists in the last five years, but my personal favorite has been Christine Markus who has been working wonders with me for the past two years as both a physical therapist extraordinaire and a fantastic personal trainer. So much so, that I have recommended several individuals that if they are looking for the best, Christine is the best! Extremely knowledgeable, professional, analytical, encouraging, and compassionate. She is my five star heroine!! Thank you, Christine!!

Hands on Therapeutics is the premier place to visit for physical therapy and physical training. I have been seeing Christine Markus for over a year as both a physical therapist and personal trainer. I have worked with many physical therapists for my shoulders, low back, and knees but NONE with the remarkable skills that Christine possesses. Her knowledge, expertise, and experience are unequalled. When she and I started working together I could not stand for ten minutes, much less an hour. Today, just one year later, Christine has me up on my feet and exercising for a full hour each week. Christine serves with compassion and understanding for her patients and an unbridled passion for seeing them succeed at their goals. If I lived closer to her office I would be there twice a week. I

I can only speak for myself, but I deeply regret having wasted my time here. Christine could be very rude and sarcastic at times (not what you need in a physical therapist when you're in pain!) and her methods were very unclear. When I'd ask why she was wanting me to do a certain thing, she'd treat me like I was an idiot. Also felt like my sessions always began late and lasted a short time. I have sought care elsewhere and been treated with way more respect and kindness. The front-facing staff is friendly though.

I truly enjoy being treated by this group. I have seen each of the physical therapists and they are wonderful, each having different tricks and tips to help me get through my treatment. The office staff is fun and easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend.
