This review is from my mother Evelyn Edley. I Evelyn Edley met Mr. Dave Carter and his lovely wife, Angela in 2013. I had an issue with my hand and wrist. Mr. Carter helped me regain strength in my hand and wrist. I have not had any issues since. In August , 2025 I returned to Hand’s On PT, with Mr. Carter for Hip Replacement therapy. I have gained muscle strength and my walking is excellent. Mr. Carter is an *expert in his field. He is a kind and informative man. David is awesome. I went in with hip pain I had for over 4 weeks and I was using a cane for relief. In one visit David knew exactly what was wrong. My SI joint was out of alignment. With a few adjustments, I felt so much better. My pain was gone. Thank you so much, David. You are the best!

I have MS and had an excerbation that took me DOWN. D. Carter is a master at his craft. He takes the approach of rebuilding the whole body while explaining what and why. He understand movement like no other. I would recommend him over anyone else.

I Broke my AC joint to a grade 3 almost 4. After surgery I linked up with David. He brought me back to full range of motion and no pain in under 3 months. Absolutely amazed with his knowledge of the body and compassion with helping people. Friendly atmosphere and if I ever need anymore physical therapy I will always come back here. Good work !
