Environment is clean , the staff are caring and do everything to make sure I am comfortable and the therapist provided clear explanations of my condition and created a personalized treatment plan that made a significant difference in my recovery. I appreciated their professionalism and the positive atmosphere of the clinic. I’m feeling so much better thanks to their expert care and guidance. Highly recommend!

I recently completed a course of physical therapy with physical therapist Manoj V. Elamthottathil and the wonderful staff at Hands On NY Physical Therapy on Richmond Ave. in Staten Island. He is a wonderful therapist with “ healing hands” who uses exercise and massage and other techniques to diagnose, improve and treat orthopedic issues ( I have knee problems). The clinic is in a lovely house with lots of natural light- not the stark, artificial light of other clinics. The assistants are super attentive during the process and the therapist ends the session with advice, encouragement and a good plan for each patient. I really recommend this place!

The care is personalized, patient-centered, compassionate, and effective. My post-op mobility has improved more than I ever thought it would, and regular therapy at PT NY has been the single most effective treatment for managing the chronic pain I’ve experienced for years.

Best physical therapy I have ever had! Staff and therapist are fantastic, polite, caring, and focused. Therapist only work with one patient at a time.
