Wow! Angela was absolutely phenomenal! I came in suffering with some nerve issues and shoulder/neck pain after a terrible nights sleep. I know I carry all my stress and momming in my upper back and neck, and was looking for a targeted massage to help relieve that tension. She is so knowledgeable about the body and different trigger points and she was exactly what I was looking for to help with these chronic neck and shoulder pains! I have never had a massage where I felt like I had 20 lbs lifted off my shoulders! She ended with providing me some stretches to do at home and expectations in the days following after the massage. I honestly can not wait to go back!

Angela was fantastic! It was my first time ever getting a professional massage and it was well worth the money. I'm a pretty athletic build and she had plenty of strength to massage deep into the muscle. I decided to do this after being involved in two MVA's within 6 weeks and also experiencing a back strain while hiking. This experience helped me out tremendously. Patrica (Patty) was amazing. I have bad neck, upper back, and shoulder problems. A regular massage typically eases the pain for a day or so. I went to Patty for a restorative massage and she was able to release all my trigger point to fully relax my muscles for the first time in ages. I’m several days out and still feel great. I’m also able to sleep through the night for the first time in as long as I can remember, because the pain no longer wakes me up. She is a miracle worker!!

I went in to see Angela because I wasn't able to run without pain. She was so knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable and even gave me some useful stretches to get me back out on the road. I will recommend her to all my friends.
