Lauren is fantastic! I’ve been going to her for years and highly recommend her. She gives such a wonderful massage, you won’t want it to end! Convenient location and cozy office space.

I'm new to massage and reiki but have been growing interested in trying both as a form of self-care. I found Lauren's business through Google reviews and signed up for a 90-minute massage & reiki session with her last weekend. I would honestly be remiss if I did not pay Lauren and her other 5-star reviews forward without leaving a review of my own (which I very rarely do). My experience left me wanting to return to Hands of Gold without hesitation. Lauren goes above-and-beyond making you feel comfortable, welcome, and supported from the moment you walk in the door. My session started late because I had to fill out new patient paperwork, but because Lauren intentionally leaves space between clients, I still received 90 minutes of hands-on work. Lauren is the most incredible massage and reiki therapist I've ever visited (and I've visited many). She's extremely considerate and professional, but I appreciate her sense of humor, as well. HIGHLY recommend.

I’ve been going to Lauren for a few months now, I deal with a lot of stress which causes issues in areas such as my neck, shoulders etc. Lauren has been able to help me through these issues and I always feel like she genuinely wants to help. I’ve also done two reiki sessions with her which were amazing as well. Can’t say enough good things about her or the place. I just left today and I’m ready to go back next month 😂
