This is the second injury I’ve gone to Hand to Hand Therapy Clinic (Sarah Doig) for, and they've been absolutely exceptional both times. Sarah has a remarkable ability to rapidly accelerate recovery while keeping you reassured and confident through the process. She’s a total pro — incredibly knowledgeable in her field and clearly passionate about helping people heal. On top of that, Hand to Hand is conveniently located and they stay open a little later, which makes it much easier to fit appointments around a busy work schedule. I can’t recommend Sarah and Hand to Hand Therapy Clinic highly enough — she’s the best in the business! -WW

I suffered a severe hand injury last year that resulted in having four surgeries in less than 12 months. I was referred to their office by my last surgeon, Dr. Yi and I couldn't be happier. As a former Marine and lifelong athlete, I've had many serious injuries; broken bones, multiple surgeries and many, many hours of PT over my lifetime. I can say with all honesty that the entire staff at Hand to Hand; from Lisa the front desk manager, the staff therapists Sara and Claire, and of course, Sarah Doig, the owner, are the most knowledgeable, professional, caring and trustworthy therapists I've ever worked with...and that's saying something. I only wished I had found them sooner. If you need the best treatment possible, you won't find better care than in their hands. Thank you for all you do!

For the past 1 year and 6 months, I’ve been receiving treatment at Hand 2 Hand, and I can confidently say that this clinic is truly exceptional. My primary therapist, Sara Doig, is incredibly skilled and experienced. She takes the time to understand each patient’s condition and tailors the treatment accordingly. Her dedication and expertise have made a huge difference in my recovery. She also provides excellent rehabilitation programs that are both effective and easy to follow. Hand 2 Hand is hands down (pun 100% intended) the BEST place to get therapy for physical therapy. I have an (unfortunate) history of a lot of needing help with my hands (I’ve had two trigger finger surgeries, as well as two carpal tunnel surgeries), and I’ve been to different doctors and therapists to get help. I’ve become completely loyal to this location because of the wonderful therapists I’ve worked with (mainly Claire, but I’ve worked with Sarah before) I’ve gotten wonderful care in-office, and I’ve been given great directions and exercises between appointments. Besides the medical help, they actually listen to the issues I have and have so much empathy in regards to pain or discomfort I feel. Great place! Sarah is a bright, caring, and dedicated therapist. Don’t put off going to see a professional and do more damage to your hands. She moved her schedule around to get me in quickly and start my treatment ASAP. Redefines service! She has treated my wife, son, and me.
