Tiffany is an amazing massage therapist! I ask for firm pressure & she always delivers. I feel safe, relaxed, & notice immediate relief after my appointments with her. Kendall is great for facials! She really takes the time to understand & cater to your skincare needs. Throughout my appointment, she made sure I was comfortable & made adjustments when needed. Afterwards, my skin looked & felt amazing!

Trey is an awesome massage therapist!!! I've had massages from him twice now and highly recommend - I request moderate to firm pressure and he's right on. I feel so rejuvenated afterward. Front desk staff is also friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is clean and very relaxing.

i'm 16 years old for a regular massage. this was my first time. i had teresa on sunday and she put me to sleep, her hands are so nice! she's so gentle and she makes it feel like you have little feathers on your body. this was a 1000/10 massage experience. if you ever go here, PLEASE see teresa's availability.

I’ve had two great massages with two different therapists. The front desk staff are also always friendly and helpful. The lobby and rooms are clean and so relaxing. I had a bad experience at a different massage chain but I’m now a member at Hand & Stone!

Massage was okay, I paid extra for a scalp massage and did not receive it. When I mentioned it I was offered a credit towards my next purchase instead of a refund.
