Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I’ve been a month to month subscription girly for about 4 months and have consistently worked with Shir-El. Specifically focusing on facials and skincare. Shir-El is amazing! Super knowledgeable on products / ways to improve skin health. My skin has never felt better or looked better. Plus, her tension release massages are top tier (shed actual tears this last time).

My esthie Megan was so lovely! My skin feels so soft and glowy, it felt like she really heard my concerns with my skin and made a plan for me while still making sure I was as relaxed as possible. Pretty sure I fell asleep for a bit too lol Del was lovely at the front desk as well. 10/10 experience 🥰

I have been a member here for 2+ years but just recently canceled my membership mostly due to their staff consistently canceling appointments last minute. I have never had an issue with a service i have received, but upon cancellation I still had two packages that had not been used due to their staff canceling the appointments. I apparently missed the window to redeem these packages by 2 days and the receptionist and manager on duty refused to do anything to help me. I understand that it was in the fine print, but what a terrible way to do business, especially when another location was willing to help me but could not as this is my “home location.” A very disappointing, but not surprising, way to end my time at this location. I have had lovely experiences at the Williams and the Happy Vall

Lauren is always deliberate and effective and gentle and I always trust her judgment. I even brought my teen to have a facial with her because I knew she would make them feel super comfortable. I always trust her decisions regarding my skin care and she's never guided me wrong.

I always enjoy my time with ShirEl. I’ve had several facials with her and she’s always pleasant, explains every step of the procedures, and is very caring.
