Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE it here. The staff is AMAZING they make you feel like family not just another person there for service. I couldn't of asked for a better FIRST experience at a spa and Bonita is HANDS DOWN THE BEST!!! She explains everything to you and if you don't know about something or have questions about anything she is there and ready to help and explain everything! Thank each and every one of yall for the BEST FIRST SPA EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! You have a returning client for life!

I was reluctant bc I am a massage snob and reviews say H&S is drama central with assembly line like place. My experience was not that at all. I was greeted by Mel who is the hand & stone poster child for customer service. She handed me a tablet which was very efficient with targeted health questions. I was then greeted by Stephanie my masseuse. I had a 50 minute massage. She is the best. Targeted my neck shoulders and back. Wish I did a 90 minute. Mel & Stephanie are first class. Would highly recommend located H&S in downtown Middleton right across from the school.

I had an amazing experience at Hand & Stone in Mechanicsville! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel relaxed and welcomed. The owner herself welcomed me and I was offered a heated neck wrap while in the waiting area Alanna, my massage therapist, was absolutely wonderful. She really took the time to listen to my concerns and focused on the areas that needed extra attention. Her technique was both soothing and effective — I left feeling completely refreshed and tension-free. After my massage, I had a facial with Jamisha, and it was incredible. I have a membership with Hand and Stone. I visit each month for a full body massage. They greet you warmly and offer a warm neck wrap while they check you in and start to relax. I see Bonita, and she does a faboulous job, as she is trained in myofacial release, which helps with some of my health challenges. This time I had a foot treatment, which was a welcomed treat, and the extra TLC was quite wonderful. This is a clean facility with upscale decor and a relaxing ambiance. I always look forward to my appointments here.
