Fathima has helped me rebuild the strength and alleviate the pain in my fingers. She was able to point out the fine details in the way I grip and move my fingers I was unaware of that was causing pain and injuries. I have been dealing with it by taping and powering through the pain for the past 2 years. The exercises and advise she provided have me feeling that I am actually making progress in healing while leveling up my climbing.

I've had a great experience working with Fathima. She used a wide variety of techniques to understand my finger issues and gave me a clear plan to continue with my rehab at home. Not only has there been significant improvement in my injuries since we've worked together, she has also identified issues in my climbing technique that may have been causing them in the first place. Finally, she has been straightforward and responsible about appointment scheduling - no unnecessary appointments and our time was always used effectively.

I had been struggling with chronic back pain for years until I came to Fathima. I’d tried everything - multiple doctors, stretching, a different physical therapist, acupuncture, massage, cortisol shots, chiropractor, posture correction - truly everything. I thought I was just going to have to live with the pain until I met Fathima; I’ve been seeing her for a few months now and my pain is pretty much gone, plus she’s given me the tools to manage any pain that might arise in the future. I could not recommend her practice more to anyone who might be suffering from chronic pain or is just simply trying to improve their posture/get stronger. She’s super knowledgeable and lovely to work with!

Fathima was great in helping me to not only understand the reason for my injury but how to correct it through various exercises, as well as hands on treatment, all with a kind and positive attitude.

Fathima is a great and unique mix of a skilled bodyworker and a trained OT, so she's able to move fluidly between prescribing exercises to improve deficiencies and working on tissues directly. I worked with her on my overall climbing movement and to rehab an injured finger, and would highly recommend her for both.
