Came in to their urgent care to get checked out after being sick for 18 days. I did come in 30 minutes before they closed, because that was the only time I could get here. However, the staff were rude, inattentive, and rushing to close. They did not spend sufficient time listening to me and frequently cut me off with short, demanding questions. They left my exam door open and when I stepped out to ask if I was okay to go (because I didn't want to bother them while they were clearly trying to rush to close), the NP snapped from another room "I'm getting your paperwork!" Even at the end of the day, decency would have been appreciated. I will not be returning to Hancock Health. Visited at 7:30 pm on 8/28/2025.

Why are you spamming my email if I've never been a customer?

Family used this location for a health test. It was a weekend and very quiet, went around to a couple entrances and found one manned. Service was expedient and courteous.

Service here is fast and effective.
