Greenfield Healthcare Center

We toured the facility before transferring our daughter there from inpatient for rehab after cancer diagnosis. From first day we met Admissions Director, Micha Huber she made the process bearable when hospital kept changing discharge date. She helped every step of the way and gave us peace of mind we picked correct rehab facility. She cares about people and the patients. She’s goes above and beyond. We so appreciate her and the staff we’ve encountered so far the last 2 weeks.

I have been dealing with a rapid decline with my father. I'm at my wits end. I did a drop in at Greenfield HC to take a tour and the admission director, Micha, had her backpack on and was locking up her office. Instead of turning me away because it was after hours (5pm) she unlocked her office and got settled back in and really listened to what I had to say. My dad's situation is a little complex and she offered me solutions and ideas on how to make this less complicated. I am exhausted and just hitting brick wall after brick wall and Micha was a breath of fresh air. The building was clean, the staff were engaged on the memory care unit. The residents that were out seemed so happy. I hope I can get my dad in here but she told me she would help me find resources even if it wasn't with Green

From the beginning of my experience with Micah, I felt nothing but warm and welcoming and comfort for my mother going to Greenfield healthcare center. Rachelle was amazing in regard to working with us and my mother‘s care and Mary was amazing to work with in regard to the financial aspect of our experience. The care that my mother got from nurse Becky, nurse Heidi, and nurse Tammy Was genuine and comforting. There are no words for how appreciative I am. They were all very communicative with me in regard to my mother’s care and were amazing until the end. Thank you also very much from the bottom of my heart. I would highly recommend placing your loved one here Because the Care is over and beyond.

I have had great care here. The building is clean, rehab suites are nice and the staff is great. Micha helped me a lot with the admission process.

I see management response to most of the c/o on here are quick and sincere. Some c/o are easy fixes like Obama phones are free if they’re demanding to speak private businesses. I’m thankful for the healthcare care facilities making a difference in the residents and staff lives!
