Hampton Roads Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

Took my mother here to get several extractions done for dentures. Great doctors and staff! Even the front desk receptionist Emma made my mother- who is terrified of the dentist feel very comfortable with the procedure and explained everything in detail. Will recommend this office to anyone looking to get procedures done!

Dr. Orr is nice and knowledgable. He treated my mom - who does not speak English, with care and compassion. We were just discussing about her situation and what is the plan for her broken implanted tooth. We end up didnt use their service but their customer service and the doctor knowledge would have me cone back everytime I need care for my teeth. The office seems not too modern but well-equiped. When we were at the waiting room, a lot of elderly people are waiting, I wonder why!! The front desk person was short and not so friendly, that's the reason I took away the 1start!

My son had his wisdom teeth removed recently from here and the whole staff starting with Emma in the front of the office all the way up to the assistants, nurses, and Dr Orr were all beyond amazing! 10/10 recommend!!!

Only go there when you have no issues with unfriendly rude staff then this is a place to go. I dont think that a dentist office should treat patients like them. I felt like they pay me for coming there and not like a patient....my husband was with me, and planned to make a appointment for himself but after the bad show from a receptionist named Emma, he prefer to go to another surgeon. In this aera there are a few surgeons with better reviews and i dont think that the staff is everywhere so rude....

I canceled a surgey appointment a whole week prior. I have a voicemail from one of their staff stating she saw I canceled and she offered other appointment dates. Tell me why when I called today to get on the schedule, they refused stating reason as no show. I have the call log as well as voicemail on my phone......shame Dr. Tankersly is so good but the staff has no clue what theyre doing!!
