Hammonton Center

Absolutely an amazing place. From First entering the facility, the cleanliness was apparent throughout. The receptionist was super friendly and very helpful. I was visiting a relative, and I had some questions and the nurse was really helpful and directed me to the director of nursing. This place is amazing and really takes great care of the residents.

My brother has been here since April, about 5 months now. He had no phone and his personal phone was lost through transportation from the hospital, so we were told. I left him a charger and a box to charge his phone and tablet. Which by the way disappered within 1 week of me coming back. He was denied continual care though he has cognitive issues. He had not been groomed during his stay. Whenever i was able to visit with my mother, this was the only time he showered. My mother would make sure he had fresh sheets. Sometimes, the same pile of dirt would remain on his floor. He would collect food trays, with food on them. He would stack sandwiches in his closet also. Though these things were reported and we were promised future adjustments, i am disappointed to report no change

I like that once I got in the back I was greeted immediately with a smile. One of the aides Spoke to my dad using his name, adding Mr to it and told him happy birthday. She said she would have to sing to him now. I also like that one of the aides Came in to check on my dad, he was singing, she joined in and sang with him

My uncle is at this nursing home/rehab. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking. I’ve never experienced anything but welcoming staff. I appreciate all they have done for my uncle as he has stayed there.

I am deeply grateful to the administrator of Hammonton Center of their exceptional kindness and support. They went above and beyond by helping cover the cost for one of their residents' to attend a close family members viewing , this act of compassion truly reflects the caring and dedicated environment fostered at the facility. Their commitment to residents' well-being goes beyond care, showing genuine empathy and understanding during difficult times.
