I had an outstanding experience at Hamm Hearing Aid Center. On the final day of 2025, I had my first hearing test in nearly half a century with the audiologist. The last time I had a hearing evaluation was about 50 years ago, and I'm certain that the methods used now are far more comprehensive than those from my previous test. The examination took a while, and I was unsure of what to anticipate. Following the test, the audiologist discussed various findings with me before I met Jon Hamm, the owner. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, leaving me feeling confident that I had chosen the right hearing aid center. Today was my first through consultation and hearing exam with Hamm Hearing. I've been hard of hearing since I was 2.5 years old, that's 60+ years of dealing with loss and many different hearing aids. Most comprehensive hearing test I've ever had. Explanation of the results using computer generated graphics helped me understand the conditions which make up my hearing loss. I am hopeful the units I selected (in ear / rechargeable) will be ideal for me. Clell Hamm and his technician who did the tests were friendly, extremely knowledgeable and most helpful.
