Hamilton Family Urgent Care

I’ve been to this location 3 times so far, once for my boyfriend, twice for myself. Each time the staff has been wonderful and very attentive. I’ve never experienced a long wait time, maybe the longest being 20 minutes. The nurses and doctors I’ve seen really care about helping you and making sure they get you feeling better. This is my preferred Urgent Care clinic, especially after dealing with issues with other clinics in the area.

I can’t say enough good about Hamilton Urgent care in Muscle Shoals! My wait time was maybe 15 minutes if that. The staff…. Super nice & caring! I highly recommend! They were recommended to me & did not disappoint at y’all. This should be your go to place!

I must admit that when I was first seen that they we’re truly nice people, however I never told them that I was a nurse! I went in for upper respiratory issues, I was given a steroid shot, phenergan, OTC allergy medicine and blood pressure medicine. I did feel a little better but not myself. 3 days later I called them back because I could barely speak. I told them that my issues had worsened. I was told that they would talk to the dr and see what he wanted to do! I was called back and told that he had called meds in to the pharmacy and they hoped that I felt better soon! What a joke! They called in nausea medicine! In fact he never looked at my chart because he would have realized that that was ordered when I was there originally. I politely gave them a call and told them about themselves.

I went in for an x ray on my wrist and they were so nice and got me in and out 😊

Took my daughter in for an X-ray of her finger! They got her right in and they were very nice!
