⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five‑Star Appreciation Message Felicia Mapp-Griffin I want to recognize my daughter for the incredible work she has been doing at Hamilton Arms Nursing Home for a long time. I am truly proud of her dedication, compassion, and commitment to helping the elderly heal, feel supported, and live with dignity. She shows up with a heart to serve, and it’s clear that her hard work and determination make a real difference. I believe the residents and staff appreciate her just as much as I do. She is doing a wonderful job, and I want her to know she has earned every bit of these five stars. Keep shining, keep serving, and keep making us proud.

Mother-in-law has been in facility for a few months. She likes the nurses and aides, and they like her. Like all facilities, its tough on them with quantity of residents and being short-staffed at times.

I went to visit a family member and I was very happy with her progress. The therapist was in with her and she was doing good. I was waiting for her to complete her session and witnessed two other therapists working with some other individuals. I was thoroughly impressed. The staff has been pleasant when I visited.

I visited a friend who is staying there for physical therapy. The staff seems very helpful and friendly. I seen the therapist interact with his patients and he seemed very compassionate to his patients. My friend has been to other care take facilities and he says he would prefer coming back to Hamilton Arms if he needed care in the future.

I have a very dear family friend residing at this facility. Staff appears kind and attentive, especially J.M. 👍🏼at reception and always cheerful and attentive aide Carmen👍🏼. I would describe Hamilton Arms as clean-ish. The big disappointment is the lack, or rather NO, vegetarian selection . SHAME!👎
