Great experience from cleanings to getting a crown. Dr Hall and her staff are friendly and helpful. They explained each procedure in detail and went out of their way to ensure my comfort . They didn’t try to sell or push any unnecessary procedures or products.

Do not use this dentist. Hallmark Dental and Dr. Hall engage in predatory billing practices, and Dr. Hall is morally bankrupt in the pursuit of short-term cash grabs and deliberately misleading patients about insurance coverage. If you are new to the area and looking for a new family dentist, there are plenty of other honest, friendly, and transparent dentists in the Kennesaw area. Hallmark Dental is neither honest nor transparent. To be fair, I gave a second star because the front office staff and hygienists were mostly very friendly during my family's time as patients there, but I strongly advise avoiding this practice.

The first time I showed up to hallmark I expected it to go unpleasant as the dentist office has a reputation of. This is a wonderful office. Dr. Hall is gentle with her hands & demeanor. She talks you through the whole process. You always know what is happening. If you are nervous about seeing the dentist Dr. Hall is for you. Her office staff is courteous, efficient & very friendly. They also use Care Credit.

All of stuff here are sweet and wonderful. Dr. Hall is kind, polite and clear, she is the best dentist I've ever met in last 30 years. I do recommend her to everyone.
