I think dental work is brutalism but I really appreciate all the ways in which this office treats it’s patients. The receptionist is very wonderful and the rest of the staff is kind and patient. I am really happy I found them. They have appointment openings early and don’t make you wait for much needed work. I didn’t have my insurance card and they just told me to pay on my next visit. Everything about them is human centric and it is obvious they care about people over money. Thanks for making me feel so comfortable during this painful time. I’d recommend you to everyone.

Visit 1/27/25 What's the point in asking if your client is happy with their smile if you're just going to judge them anyway? And, judge them based on their insurance not being the best and talking crap because you don't think they have the ability to pay since they don't have the best insurance and dress too casual. Staff acts nice in front of you and is incompetent enough to speak bad on clients in the reception, which is not private. Bilinguals exist. They overcharge for copays and refuse to provide itemized bills. Update #1 on 2/13/25 insurance still has not received the claim/bill. Office hung up on the claim specialist. The filling which was made by them for a non-painful tooth fell off in a few days. And since their application, I couldn’t eat on my left side. When I called them back for another appointment to check my tooth I was told that I’ve signed the consent form and to go to the emergency room. ( I recorded all phone calls. Their personnel was talking to me so rude). I went to two different dentists to fix their mess, but I was told from two different dentist that my healthy tooth was damaged due to a wrong application. I still have pain and can’t use my left side. I did not have any problems with my teeth until I stepped their building last year. The guy (Christian) is the front desk is the rudest person I had to deal with. He keeps making me feel like they don’t need your business. They are charging you extra for things insurance already covered . $240 for a simple cleaning and $810 for deep cleaning. I have insurance they ask me to pay $70 extra when Humana covers 100% of the cleaning. They are greedy
