I brought my daughter to the emergency room . The triage nurses was very nice and took us right back . But the physician on duty was horrible . Really didn’t communicate. My daughter came in for a concussion. We sit in room which it felt like they forgot us . We came in at 11something was discharge at 1something but again the doctor didn’t give very much information after telling her CT Results . I am highly disappointed with the care my daughter received.

How can a patient rest, especially one who has just undergone surgery, with that deafening noise right above them? It feels like they're using a drill right next to their ears. I understand the hospital is under construction, but it's inhumane to subject a patient to that noise for eight hours. It's incredibly uncomfortable for the patients' companions; I don't even want to think about how the patients must feel or how the staff themselves must feel.

They need more Doctors, My Insurance made them my primary when I moved here, I was already a bit hesitant after reading all the bad reviews about this place, but the Majority was on the Emergency Side. So, I called to see about Scheduling a Annual Physical, the Receptionist said the "EARLIEST" they have is DECEMBER! What Primary Care Practice had a NINE MONTH wait for Annual Check Up? I don't know if its the Hospital or the City... But Damn!

We went into the ER on Saturday evening. My 75 yr old mom was super sick throwing up and unable to keep anything down for the past few days. We were concerned as it was progressively worse. We arrived and they took her straight back! WIN!! The triage nurse was great! She was super kind! We get into the room and the doctor came in quick! WIN!! He orders some tests and blood and of course an IV- the next nurse comes in and does an EKG- she was super kind… WIN! THEN, our assigned nurse walks in Denise…. This is when our experience goes down hill REAL FAST…. My mom (sick as can be) asks her to use the Doppler Ultrasound because she is so dehydrated and she knows it’s going to be hard to find a line for an IV. The nurse Denise lies to us and says we don’t have that… to then, between her and ano

I was in there 2 days, good food and nurses. Courtney was more than a nurse she was kind, listened to you all while she was teaching a new young lady. She came in the 2nd day and gave me a warm bath, clean gown, and clean sheets and blankets. I went home later that day but I can tell you all nurses should be as caring as she was.
