Halifax Health - Primary Care, North Ormond

Dr Rebecca Peck has been a wonderful find for me as my primary care physician. She takes the time to listen and carefully considers options for you, making great suggestions. In addition, she has been invaluable to me in finding local specialists. She seems to know everybody, and other doctors consistently compliment and respect her as a doctor.

Dr. Peck is an awesome doctor who listens to her patients and treats accordingly. I don't know if she's taking new patients at this time, but I'm thankful that I am one of her patients.

Dr Peck has a great reputation which is why I tried to get an appointment to see her for my routine medical needs. I had called originally in October of 2023 only to be told to call back in a month as they were looking to hire a nurse. I called again in November, December, and January and each time I was told to call back in 30 days. I finally was able to get an appointment in June 2024. Two days before my appointment I received a call from her office telling me I needed to reschedule my appointment as the Dr was not available. I have been rescheduled 4 times now, the last reschedule happened when I showed up for my appointment and was told the Dr was at a conference. I received no notice at all. If I could give no stars I would. I called almost 4 months ago to get an appointment and I was scheduled in September, they rescheduled my appointment 2 days before I was going to see her because she was at a seminar and could not see me. I said that was okay and I rebooked my appointment for the end of September. I did not receive a phone call but I received an email saying that they rescheduled my appointment again at the end of October but did not give me a reason and I take medicine that I need and I have no way of getting that. I wanted to see her because of her reputation but right now her reputation seems to be failing due to her scheduling needs. Her office staff are rude and they are not helpful. Don't waste your time find a better doctor.

Dr peck is an AMAZING doctor!! She is very caring and through doctor! I can’t imagine going anywhere else!!! Don’t listen to those other reviews!!! She is a fantastic doctor!!!!!
