I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the doctor Ahmed for their professionalism and attentive care. Honestly, I have never in my life had such a thorough and detailed consultation — almost 2 hours long. The doctor explained everything clearly and calmly, without rushing, answered all of my questions, and went over every detail. You can truly feel the genuine care for the patient and a very high level of expertise. I left the appointment with a full understanding of my situation and confidence in the treatment plan. Highly recommend!

Being in the dental profession myself (on the corporate side), I highly recommend Sphinx Dental. The doctor and staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. I felt completely confident and comfortable choosing this practice for my elderly parents as well as our entire family. They are very accommodating, and we were especially grateful that the doctor stayed later during his holiday to help get my father out of pain. That level of care and compassion truly speaks volumes.

The office experience was pleasant. The Dr. and staff took the time to explain everything in detail, ask for my feedback. I like that the office is very flexible on scheduling, hard to find with dentists. I plan to be a regular patient after the first visit.

I was not looking forward to finding a new dentist when my crown fell out. Fortunately, my son recommended Sphinx Dental based on a substantial amount of work he and his family had received on their teeth. I am very happy to say that Dr Ahmed Elgalady has done a great job so far on handling my issue. I was able to schedule an appointment the next day to determine that an extraction would be performed and a bridge installed (which was my initial expectation). Dr Elgalady was very kind and caring and did the extraction as painlessly as possible. His staff have been very professional as well.

Staff was friendly and very helpful with my dental emergency. Even the doctor came out and greeted me in the waiting area. All understood my circumstances and did not judge. They were all really attentive. Really recommend this place.
