I want to express my deepest gratitude to the incredible doctors, nurses, and staff at Halifax Deltona and Halifax Daytona for the outstanding care they gave my 89-year-old mother. From the moment she arrived, the professionalism, compassion, and dedication of the entire team were evident. When the doctors determined she needed a heart catheterization, we were very concerned because of her age. The medical team handled everything with great skill, patience, and care, which gave our family tremendous confidence. What impressed us even more was the effort many staff members made to communicate with her in Spanish so she could feel comfortable and understood. The outpatient surgery center was awesome. The process was easy and straightforward. Every individual we encountered was informative, pleasant, professional. I waited in their comfortable waiting room w coffee supplied, where u can follow a large board on my husband's operation process. i walked to their restaurant for food and Starbucks coffee. The intake and recovery rooms were clean. Discharge was fast and easy. A pillow which was made by a volunteer was given, how endearing. Initially I was nervous bc we never used this hospital before. Everything was easier and better than I could imagine.

This is an Review of the entire ER both in Port Orange and Daytona. Port Orange their was zero excuse why a Lady the other day was waiting 5 Hours before me in very pain with an torn ligament in her foot then someone else that was my neighbor she left after waiting a few hours again in pain not sure why she was their. I was their because of an nose bleed the first time then was told were not gonna pack it just leave after sitting their for a few hours then had to go back because of while waiting for transport I went into a-fib was told I wasn't in it but had a high heart rate .They knew I have a Cardaic implant that monitors it and they did nothing to check to see if it did in fact happen. That was the other day . But when you go to Daytona never fails their is at least an 6 hour wait ju

I love my doctor he is the one of the only doctors who hears me out. Sure we don't see everything eye to eye. His heart has helped change me into a better human .I thank God for putting him in my life. I just want to say thank you to Dr Wen and Halifax! I also want to say thank you for his nurses smiles put me at ease when I visit my doctor because they are genuine.

I had the great privilege to have the Halifax heart and cardio vascular TEAM perform a triple bypass on me and post op care. Before I went out due to anesthesia, the team sounded like mission control and performed like a NASCAR pit crew and with first hand knowledge, executed the mission like a sec ops task force. After the surgery I was treated like a family member, by everyone. At shift change I was greeted politely and professionally by EVERYONE. If the person I asked a question didn't know the answer they immediately found someone who did. To think that these people do this job and treat the people as well as they do is a tribute to the medical field, their individual technical field and human beings at the very least.
