My 6yr old daughter goes here and we've been seen by both Dr Halpern and NP Holly. Both of them, and the rest of the staff, are all caring, compassionate and dedicated professionals who have always treated us with respect and the utmost care. Im thrilled to know that my daughter is in good hands with her medical team at Keech St Pediatrics

Fantastic, this is the ONLY place I trust with my 6 children for the last 15 years. First Dr. Thorpe, then Dr. Halpern and they have been wonderful. Through my babies Chrons disease, broken limbs, and so much more they have been there to guide me in a holistic way supporting my family’s choices. They are respectful and kind. The office staff gets us in and out timely which a big deal. Additionally the facilities have been remodeled since flooding and they have kept it immaculate. Need wise doctors that are compassionate and knowledgeable and professional, you can trust Keech St. Grateful to have this resource in my community.

**Review Title: Extremely Frustrating Experience with Record Requests** I am extremely frustrated with the experience I've had with this office. The front desk has repeatedly told me that my daughter cannot be seen without at least the past three years of her medical records. Coming from a recently split household where I, the father, have had to take matters into my own hands due to a negligent parent, I find this policy incredibly frustrating and unreasonable. I have followed every step and called numerous times to have her previous PCP fax over her records, which has been done multiple times. Despite this, nearly two months have passed, and I still haven't been able to get my daughter a simple physical. I've been trying to be proactive rather than reactive, but this situation has gone

The doctor Andrew Halpern don't like to be told he wrong he will discharge your child because he is wrong. Got in a slight disagreement with the doctor because he was trying to give my son a medication that for kids 12 and over and got mad wen I told him that my son couldn't take the medicine he needed a antibiotic he could take by mouth instead. Now I am receiving a letter saying they will longer see my child because he was wrong. I see why my family told me not to go back to this doctor he full of it. The two ladies at the front are as sweet as can be but the rest of the staff and the doctor is very unprofessional.

If I could leave no stars as a rate, I would! The doctor is VERY unprofessional. I took my son for a physical and doctor Andrew Halpern had nothing but great things to say in person about my son. While at the appointment he said my son was exceeding growth and development was doing amazing and above average. A week later I get a call from an entire different facility about a development referral saying the doctor said my son had a disorder and development delay. This was NEVER communicated with me during the appointment nor after the appointment. I was upset about withheld information NOT about the diagnosis although my son is not showing signs of a delay. I just wanted to understand the diagnosis and reasoning. Doctor withheld information from me and then sent a referral without my knowle
