My visit was absolutely fabulous! It was clean and quiet. Only one other person in the waiting room. I can’t say enough about all three ladies who were working during my visit. They all were so kind, caring, and informative. I had such a wonderful experience that I would gladly go back there for all my medical needs, even over going to my own PCP, whom I adore. Thank you to the wonderful staff at this facility for making my experience a terrific one!

Had to go here due to severe back pain. The wait wasn't too long, and they got me in. The staff seemed nice, and I was greeted by a NP in training. She was very thorough. Her supervisor came in to assess me as well. There was not much conversation and seemed I was being rushed out. The reason for the bad review is that what we discussed for a prescription and agreed too was not written. I got a prescription that is similar but different, and one I have a bad reaction too. There is no excuse for this from a medical provider. Im giving 2 stars vs. 1 because they had a very hard to deal with patient before me so it could have been missed if they were flustered.

I truly thank the people who took care of me yesterday. Not only kind, but also very professional, good listeners and thorough. I was able to sleep better last night and thanks to them I am on the mend! ❤️‍🩹 Please let them know I thank God for the good work they do!!

Yes, I do ! The staff was amazing . Denise was very friendly when I walked in the clinic . Bianca was absolutely amazing and caring and Holly went above and beyond to help me feel better . She was so caring and kind. Congratulations on these outstanding team !

I went to this urgent care this past Sunday and was told I tested positive for Covid. I was prescribed Paxlovid but was not told how expensive it would be ($1500 for 5 pills) which I could not afford. I called to inquire about any alternatives but got no answer and had to leave a message. That was almost 3 days ago and I still have not received a call back.
