Front desk receptionist was great and so was the Dr I seen. The nurse could use some better bed side manners instead of rushing in and out. She seemed very inconvenienced by the patients needing care. Just need kinder nurses that match their Drs energy. That would make it a top notch place.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ! Jeannie at the front desk is clueless to her job and is very rude and Same goes to the male manager. You can TELL they hate their job. PLEASE DO GO TO THE ADVENT URGENT CARE 2 mins down the road! They accepted my son WITHOUT his PHYSICAL insurance card and my poor son was in and out in 5 mins! And they’re so nice! 😊

My fiancé has been waiting nearly 2 hours for a simple urine analysis drug test. Holding in urine for that long, just for this test, and then being told we’re understaffed and slammed. Being told an appointment doesn’t make a difference in wait times. Management needs to do better here.

Horrible! If you value your time, don't bother going to this place for urgent care. Centra Care is a few minutes down the road and you get much better treatment much quicker! I went to this place this morning and stood at the window for a little over 6 minutes listening to the person talking to someon walking her through something on the computer, never stopped to greet or say that she'll be a moment. A line formed behind me and she continued on the phone, never acknowledging the patients that were standing there waiting to be checked in....I finally decided to leave. Horrible customer service and horrible communication skills. I can only imagine what their doctors are like. Never again

I was so excited to try this hospital because of what I heard and I do not see how anyone thinks this is a good place to put anyone. From my first experience in the exam and on has been horrible. There’s no communication and no one likes their job. My nurse and tech last night huffed really hard every time they had to help me or work with me. My nurse came to me at 9:30pm and never checked on me at all. I didn’t even see her until 6:30am the next morning. I also never even got to meet the new nurse during transition like they always do. I also asked for something for pain and she was mad about it and just put something in my IV, didn’t even tell me what it was. Today is no better. My nurse doesn’t even look like she should be working right now. She also isn’t helpful. I’ve been hungry sinc
