Haiken Dermatology - Daniels Pkwy

Having moved to Florida in 2019, and, as the son of someone who worked for a long time in dermatology, I knew the importance of getting established with a good dermatologist quickly. I found Haiken and made my first appointment in 2020. I've been so pleased with my experience. The offices are very accessible to me. The physical spaces are clean and modern with all of the tools that caregivers need to perform their duties. My visits are always quick and easy. The staff are professional, polite, and caring. I've never had any issues with billing or insurance. 10/10 - would recommend.

This was my first time at Haiken. The check-in process was easy and the front office staff was nice. I waited just a bit after my appointment time and the Medical Assistant was very nice. The NP I saw was very nice and she took the time to explain things to me. The staff was extremely efficient!!

I am a very satisfied return customer. The appointment process was simple. I was seen on time by my provider. My care was efficient but not rushed. All concerns were addressed, and follow up clearly defined. This is a well oiled machine. The staff is friendly, and really good at what they do. Amy, my medical assistant, was warm, friendly, and thorough. Jonel is exceptional. Clearly knowledgeable, personable, and skilled. I wish my own medical practice met the standards that are norms for Haiken. Kudos!!!

I really appreciate the team at Haiken Dermatology. I had Mohs surgery done last year on my chin. Dr Erickson did a fabulous job! Would not know I had it done if I didn’t tell you. Jonell is awesome too. All the assistants and receptionists are amazing! I have never had a problem with billing or appointment scheduling. I highly recommend everyone that works in the group.

Had a wonderful experience with Haiken Dermatology. They were able to schedule my visit in a timely manner and followed up ahead of time to confirm my appointment. When I arrived, check-in was super easy. The new patient form was simple and quick and I was ushered into the exam room without much wait. The staff was thorough and very friendly and they got me out of there quickly so I could get back to my busy day. I would gladly recommend Haiken Dermatology to everyone. The did a great job.
