Haggen Pharmacy

I transfered all RX and have enjoyed the years experience. Seniors are impacted here shopping the aisles: shelves too high or floor level. Price labeled too small or too far high and low to read...emphasis is definitely Dairy, meats, and alcohol. This comes at a facility that sells shelf space that is limited and costs seniors inconvenience. Otherwise, good selections but more expensive than competitors. Bakery is top notch.

I have been to this pharmacy many times in the past. Today I went for a vaccination. For the first time I was told no walk-ins until 10:00. I left and returned at 10. I suggested to the pharmacist that a line should about the new 10 o'clock policy. Since the manual form has been deleted they should remove the display box that used to contain those. I was disappointed with the response.

Haggen's pharmacy is the best. I've had a lot of different pharmacies that were just so so, like rite AIDS, Walgreen, and the rest. Haggens pharmacy in Stanwood,whenever there's been an issue if I can't resolve it, they get online with my insurance or my doctor and get it cleared that day. I am really impressed. Stanwood Haggen's also is good for vaccinations. I have walked in several times stand in a short line. Wait, my turn and bam get my vaccination. You can't beat it.

I am supposed to get my wisdom teeth out tomorrow and need my prescription for said surgery. I was never called or informed my prescription was done and when I called to check on it I was blamed for not coming to pick it up. Terrible customer service and totally irresponsible.

Been getting my scripts filled here for many years and rarely ever have an issue that wasn't at least partly my own fault.
