Hackensack University Medical Center-Plaza Pharmacy

Very poor customer service. I called asking about how busy they are at a specific time of day to see if it would be a good time to try to pick something up for my mother, who is undergoing cancer treatment, and was met with attitude that she "couldn't predict what her day would be like". When I clarified that I was just asking what they time of day GENERALLY was like, she gave me more attitude. I just was asking about trends to see if it would be worthwhile - that doens't warrant being rude and getting spoken down to.

I definitely enjoy receiving my prescriptions from my colleagues that works here. Very knowledgeable, proficient and customer oriented 😊

Service is very slow when busy. They don't offer a parking pass and if you forget to get one, it costs $8.00 to get out of the hospital parking garage. I've had to use this pharmacy many times over the years for various reasons, and it never improves.

Always friendly and efficient staff and now w the self service kisko, perfect!

The staff is amazing 5 stars always polite always go out of there way forward my wife and I they call me by my name I am very appreciate of all there hard work thank you Peter and Delia
