I would give less than one star if I could. The therapist Hope failed to review my medical chart each and every time before session and led me to a contusion because as the incident was occurring I had to inform her of my Lupus SLE and Fibromyalgia after I was screaming in pain and jumping off the bed as she was laughing and mocking. Horrible experience. No less than two months ago. I stopped going by choice and informed them of the issue and of course nothing.

When to the pediatric emergency room. Was stopped by a guard who ask what was the emergency, then had the car valaded and we headed into the ER. We were promptly serviced. In and out in 30 mins. Thank you HUMC.
