Hackensack Meridian Urgent Care - Freehold

I got to the office at 7:40 p.m., 20 minutes before closing. I guess they weren't happy about it. The woman at the front desk was nice, but the rest of the staff was rude and rushed me out instead of trying to see what was wrong. The nurse just stuffed a swab up my nose without saying anything to test for the flu, which was negative. Then the doctor came in, told me to take vitamin C and rest, and rushed me out. I'm never going back to this place again.

I was a walk-in at this location. I was checked in within 30 minutes and seen by the physicians assistant first, then the doctor. The doctor took X-rays of my foot, determined it was a compound fracture of my toe. He taped it and sent me on my way. Very impressed with the care that I received and the timely manner in which I was seen

Went to Urgent Care for what I thought was a UTI. The doctor came in and told me no UTI but I should go to the ER immediately since there was a problem with my kidneys. Made the decision to wait, since I already had an appointment with my PC the next morning. When I showed him the paperwork from the day before he immediately started need for the ER! In addition, I had gone to this facility before and saw the same doctor. She prescribed an antibiotic. When I went to my pharmacy to up the medication nothing had called in. Same doctor....I'm done!

I have been unwell since Friday. I have to take a flight today to California. I took an appointment from my Hackensack MyChart. I wanted to make sure that I had the least wait time. So besides reserving my spot, I e-checked in and filled in all the forms before I reached there. However I didn't reach to the urgent care because MyChart has 715 W Main Street, Freehold as the address of this facility. After trying my luck for over 30 mins, I googled them and called them and knew 315 W Main St as the address. It is about a mile away from the address that MyChart publishes When I reached there Front desk, just checked in 2 people ahead of me. When I requested that I have to be at the airport and I wasted time because of this wrong address, and that all my forms are submitted, and I am e-checked

The location was very clean, the staff was polite and helpful. My appointment time was honored. The doctor gave a good exam showed compassion and prescribed the right medication.
