Hackensack Meridian Urgent Care - Clifton

Stopped by Hackensack Meridian Urgent Care – Clifton recently and had a really smooth experience. Check-in was quick, the staff were friendly and attentive, and everything felt organized. The office was also very clean and comfortable. I saw Dr. Krasniqi, who was thorough and easy to talk to, and made sure all my questions were answered. Would definitely come back if I need urgent care again.

Arrived promptly at opening. Very clean and quiet. A lot of parking. Water and warm beverages available in waiting room. Minimal wait and room big enough to fit me and my children in their wagon. Ruled out flu, Covid, and strep. Happy with the care and diagnosis I received. Would definitely come here again.

The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. The Dr I met with was understanding and dry helpful. I returned 2 days later and received the same first rate attention. Highly recommend this Urge Care office Mary R.

I was the second person in the waiting room. Desk staff took my information quickly. The small waiting room also had some free coffee. I waited 30 minutes In the waiting room and waited another 30 minutes In the patient room. The doctor did apologize for the delay after I said I felt I was forgotten, He said he was very busy. To cut it short, I had pain in my butt and hip from tripping on the stairs. My pain at the time of injury was severe at the time that I thought it may have been dislocated. I eventually was able to put a some weight on my leg But could not bend my hip without feeling a pop of pain. The urgent care doctor Diagnosed me with sciatic pain without actually assessing me. He eventually did check my reflexes But I felt like he didn’t Focus on my complaint. He ordere

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. My lab work was not sent after my appointment which should have been a basic and essential step. The physician I saw was dismissive and stated there was nothing she could do for me, instructing me to return to my urologist. Throughout the visit, I was repeatedly encouraged to use their “multi-specialist” services, and pushed toward a second opinion and an in-house urologist. This made the visit feel more like a sales pitch than patient care. I expected a thorough evaluation and professional guidance. Instead, I left feeling unheard and frustrated. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve patient care and communication
