Hackensack Meridian Urgent Care at American Dream

This is hands down the best Urgent Care I’ve ever been to. I usually dread doctor visits, but this place completely changed my mind. The front desk staff (I believe her name was Tiffany) was so friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The PA, Kevin, was incredibly helpful, he took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything clearly so I could understand. I never felt rushed, which is rare at most urgent care clinics. He even gave me a referral for a separate concern I mentioned, which I really appreciated. To top it off, when I lost my paperwork and called the next day, they emailed it to me within seconds. That level of care and efficiency is hard to find these days. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I visited Hackensack Meridian Urgent Care on 10/18 while I was on vacation with my kids . I had a medical emergency and I was seen by the doctor by the name of Kevin Jaramillo . He is a liar and Apparently does not take his JOB serious at all. I called today for a follow up as he told me to do and to check on the PRESCRIPTION he claimed to send to my pharmacy after he wrote my zip code down in his PHONE before leaving the room which is highly UNPROFESSIONAL by the way BUT he never did send my prescription over to my pharmacy and he initially acted as if I never was seen in his Office. THEN all of a Sudden he remembers and stated that he wrote in my notes that he sent me to the Emergency room which was a LIE , he never even recommended that! He didn’t send me anywhere

5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Hackensack Meridian Urgent Care at American Dream is outstanding! I was in and out quickly, and the patient care was truly amazing. The staff is courteous, kind, and very attentive. The doctors responded promptly to all of my questions, and the team made sure every concern was taken care of. This will definitely continue to be my go-to for any urgent medical needs. Highly recommend!

This new office is clean and well managed. The care I received was impeccable. The nurse at the front desk and Kevin Jaramillo were professional, caring, and kind. I have told everyone if they’re in need of urgent care that this location should be your stop. The location was also not overwhelmed with patients.

Staff was extremely welcoming. Extremely professional. Helped me check in, had a short wait time. Doctor was wonderful. Explained what had happened and was eager to get my injured finger cleaned, disinfected and wrapped. Antibiotics were prescribed and was out as quick as I was in.
