Came to take a 2x2 picture for the document and needed both digital and printed copy. The guy at the front desk was not able to crop the picture, and then they said that they knew about this problem before but did not inform me, so the digital version was not cropped and did not meet requirements. Picture itself was taken on an old camera and all the details were low quality and pixelized. Light was also coming directly from the top. Please *avoid* this photo service and find any other in the area. They were not able to process refund for the digital copy after I found out that image was not processed.

Extremely disappointed with Briana who said that she was the manager when I visited CVS in East Rutherford this evening Tuesday Sept 9th at 7:30 pm She was so rude and had such an bad attitude towards her job and me the customer. Even after proving to her that she was wrong regarding chocolates that were on sale, she continued to disrespect me. She has was too much ego to be in customer service at such a reputable company like CVS. She really needs to be pulled up and trained on how to smile and talk politely when behind the counter I will think twice to shop at CVS again because of my experience today with Briana and I used to be a loyal customer for many years since I used to like the products at CVS and also it's team members

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy department. I went to pick up a prescription (which they couldn’t find at first), and then told me it wouldn’t be ready before they take their mid day break. Staff was dismissive and unhelpful. Will not return, and will take my business to another pharmacy.

Very easy to schedule vaccines on the app, and they’re so friendly and quick with doing the shot when you get there! 👍👍
