I had a great experience at this office for my routine cleaning. Dr. Danny was very thorough and made me feel comfortable from the moment I sat in the chair. As someone who usually gets very nervous about dental appointments, finding a gentle and patient dentist is a big deal. The cleaning procedure was very gentle and went smoothly. You can tell he really cares about his patients and takes his time. Dental assistant Lorena was also wonderful — professional, kind, and efficient. Dr. Danny and Lorena make an excellent team. If you’re looking for a dentist who is gentle, and great with nervous patients, I highly recommend this office for your dental cleanings and general dental care.

I always have an excellent experience at Hackensack Emergency Dental. From the moment I walked in, the staff is incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They truly make a stressful situation feel calm and manageable. The facility itself is spotless, modern, and very well organized, which immediately puts me at ease. Every staff member I interacted with was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring, especially the countless times bringing my toddler. I’m so grateful for the level of care I receive and highly recommend Hackensack Emergency Dental to anyone in need of urgent dental care.

The absolute worse dental appointment I’ve ever had. I’ll preface by saying yes, I try my best to keep up with my dental cleaning every six months. I also do my due diligence of keeping up with my day to day dental hygiene. I’ve also worked for a dentist ions ago and understand the steps of a proper cleaning. After seeing the very nice assistant place all the instruments needed for a full cleaning. Dr. Kim decided to do a mediocre scaling and that completed my appointment. No polish, no flossing, no fluoride. Because he assessed “I didn’t need it”. But as a doctor he should know those are the steps of a proper cleaning. Also, from an insurance standpoint. You’re billing my insurance for a full cleaning not just a 5 min scaling. I regret not demanding the full cleaning as a d

Initially came in to dental center with a few cavities. Was thoroughly impressed with the facility as well as the amount of care, knowledge, and guidance that the team possessed. Definitely would recommend, as every visit thus far has improved my dental health dramatically.

The Staff here were absolutely amazing. I want to take the time to highly commend one of the dentist here(Natalie) Not only did she do an excellent job at attending me and professionally doing her job, but she was also very nice and made me comfortable and even made me laugh and God Knows what I was going through as that laugh really made my day and thanks to her I was able to have a fantastic week. So once again Thank You Hackensack Emergency center for great care and great staff.
