Started my infusions Friday 4-11-2025 My experience as a patient has been top tier. Treated with kindness and dignity. Upon entering valet parking 🅿️ free for handicapped plaque patients. Wheel chairs available as soon as entering building. Reception takes your name and an assistant will take you to the exact location in building your appointment is at. There was about a 20 wait for my treatment as there were no rooms available. However you have access to water and snacks. Puzzles, phone chargers As well as comfortable seating and a beautiful view of skyline that overlooks a beautiful garden. Upon entering infusion center there are lots of smiles and warm greetings. My nurses were professional and courteous. They explained everything that would be happening clearly and all side affects of

Horrible you can’t ask a simple question without getting an attitude.

PSA: If you have children, they are not willing to let you get a covid booster. Not everyone can get childcare for a 3 second shot. Do better if you actually wish to inoculate people. Wasted over 1.5 hours of driving to be rudely told in the lobby that I cannot enter with a kid.
