Avoid this place! I should’ve written this review a long time ago. Getting work done at this place was the biggest mistake of my life. - A crown they did keeps falling off due to their poor preparation. I have consulted with multiple other dentists who have been unable to fix my crown because this place left my tooth in such a compromised state - They told me I needed FIVE crowns I only did 3 before stopped coming here. I went to 3 different dentists after, none of them mentioned I needed more crowns. I believe this place did unnecessary work to get more money out of me. - The crowns they did were ill fitted and all had to be redone at least once - Their work even managed to shift my bite, causing me to develop a teeth grinding habit (something I never experienced before visiting this off

Dr. Bhatt is a very kind dentist. But I'm very disappointed with the billing process. I got a crown in March 2022. In November 2022 I got a call that the insurance did not pay for the crown because I was in a waiting period. The total was 307. I asked if I could do payment plans at the start of the New Year as I don't have that money on hand, they declined and stated it needed to be paid by the end of the year or it will be sent to collections. It is a bit upsetting that they did not notice there was a waiting period prior to doing the work. Either way I will be looking for a new dentist, just be wary if you come here and ensure you know your dental benefits.

Beware: This place will charge you $30 dollars if you reschedule within 24 hours but will give you an appointment at 10 am and make you wait for 40 minutes before they get to you. However, if the role was reversed and it was you that arrives 40 minutes late to your appointment they would charge you the $30 and reschedule you for another date. Avoid this place at all cost.

Dr. Bhatt is awesome. Been my dentist for 15 years. Never had an issue. Very nice man and always willing to serve his patients.

This place is a scam. They say it's one price then once you are there they tell you it's hundreds more. They also refuse to give you your medical records unless you pay them more money. Totally illegal
