I really liked the front office staff. I enjoyed working with them, as they were able to accommodate my appointment request on such short notice. On the other hand, Dr. Jackson was a bit rough, ( as this was my first time ever getting my wisdom tooth pulled). He seemed to be in a rush. The care factor was absent however, the efficiency was on point. I was literally in the chair for maybe, 5-7 minutes on this one tooth. I think because he's been doing this so long, you become accustomed to your job and lose the "compassion aspect". In the future, I think it'll be helpful to ensure that your client is comfortable every step of the way.

It can be a little hard getting in touch with someone after hours for emergency calls. Otherwise, they are top-notch. Dr. Jackson is a great oral surgeon with a personality that matches. I have enjoyed being under his care. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating was due to difficulty communicating with schedulers.

When it comes to exceptional dentistry, Haborview Dental Associates is first-class. Their entire team is always professional, full of energy, and pleasant. They take the time to go over what is needed and explain things to you in the manner of clear understanding. The branding of service and the commitment to excellence is transparent from the front desk to the back. Thanks for caring for me and my family throughout the years. You all are the best!

I have been a patient at Harborview Dental Associates for over a decade. I won't mention anyone by name but the front desk staff and the hygienist have been great to me over the years. Unfortunately, I have to leave 2 stars instead of 5 because of the dentists. One dentist said something that offended my mother along the lines of "If you take less vacations, maybe you can afford more of the work that needs to be done." Very silly of this man to assume my mother doesn't have money for both. During the pandemic I was unable to get my teeth cleaned for a few years, and the same dentist saw fit to spend time "educating me" about the importance of brushing and flossing.... which made the interaction much more embarrassing than it needed to be. Hello, I have so many nice things to say about Harborview, so let me say a few things. Cus-to-mer SERVICE is OUTSTANDING! I called to schedule an appointment and received an appointment within 5 days. Once I got there, a sign was on the door to wait for temperature check(great COVID-19 precaution). I waited all but ONE minute(if that) to be acknowledged AND someone came to check temperature. I proceed to use sanitizer (which they provided) before entering the waiting area. Signed in and had a seat. I was called back to see Doctor with minimal wait time. The dental assistant noticed that I looked nervous and assured me that they would take care of me...and they did! The assistant took X-rays of all kinds lol. The Doctor was patient and explained all options to me. I was given a dental plan.
