Great Experience from start to finish! I was warmly greeting by the front desk person and made to fell welcomed and valued as a patient. Dr. Cai is very professional and treated me with dignity and respect. She obviously cares about me and had excellent suggestions as to how to keep my teeth healthy! And her assistance Tammy Lee was just as wonderful, making sure I was comfortable and at ease. Both explained - as needed -all the work as it was being done to ease any anxiety on my part. Tamara at check out is also very kind and helpful. She was happy to be sure my next appointment was at my convenience. Highly recommend this Dental office!!

Wow! I mean I am just blown away from the amazing experience I had today 12/6/25. Which all begun from being at a store and one of their employees were passing out flyers. I had braces a few years ago but where I went only had Orthodontist services. This promotion caught my eye because of the special as well seeing they had three locations one which was close to me and the possibility to receive both services in one location . The front desk staff Tam and Esme were so nice and full of life . The other Dental Assistant I didn’t get their names but they were so friendly , kind and professional! Dr. Cai is Amazing this is the first Dentist in all my dentist history that did my cleaning with No pain. ( I’m not paid for this ) I’m extremely grateful to have found this dentist office. Also th

Everyone at this office is so kind and personable. HTown Dental East was where I went to get my second orthodontic opinion a year and a half ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the choice I made in choosing them. Esmeralda and Tamara are always so warm and welcoming to everyone who enters, and they work with me whenever I have to reschedule an appointment. Dr. Shirvani is such a bright and kind spirit, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with this office and their staff :)
