In and out very nice group of folks. Its refreshing to visit a Dr that is nice, gets to the point, does his job, and keeps things moving all while not making someone feel rushed, and for that I thank you sir. Every lady from front desk, and mini eye tester lady(sorry i done know ur title lol) to the glasses fitter lady(again sorry i don't know ur title lol). You are all simply amazing. Thank you

My appointment was on time, The staff was kind, courteous, educated and could tell that they wanted to be there. I really felt that they wanted to be at their place of work to help customers. That is very refreshing in this I am excited to get my new glasses!

This was probably the most extensive exam I've ever had. I felt completely comfortable with the tech and with the doctor. Everyone was so nice and helpful.

The Dr was great. The office staff incompetent and the receptionist was very rude especially the third visit trying to get right fit and having glasses remade 3 times.The Dr ordered progressive lenses so I could see better driving and also reading. The office staff measured my eyes wrong therefore the first pair were redone. On the second visit I still could not see clearly out of the left lens. She decided it would be better just to make the glasses for reading to which I agreed as I needed reading glasses the most. The third visit I picked up my reading glasses and received a $134 refund. Even though they charged very much more. I have misplaced my paperwork. My insurance paid a large amt. I paid $50 upfront then another $420. For a pair a glasses I can’t use. They never offered to make

Dr. Allouch is friendly, professional and answered all my questions. His staff is friendly and helpful. I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment.
