H & H Pharmacy Chincoteague Island

I wish I had taken pictures inside this place because it felt like stepping back in time, and I loved it! Reminded me of my Mema—-there was an old fashioned floral wallpaper border and really beautiful woodwork around the upper parts of the walls. It has a great gift shop! The lady working there was so friendly! She even gave me some nice little gift boxes to go with some of the stuff I bought as gifts. They also have postcards for $.25 and magnets for three bucks of pictures taken of the horses by a local photographer named Kenny I think. The other magnets in other shops were done by different photographers, but were twice the price. Since I did not get a picture of the pharmacy, I shall include photos of the beautiful sunset I saw nearby it instead!

Great pharmacy, all a lot of stuff of all types, but the important thing is they have a professional pharmacy staff that you can have confidence in.

Very helpful staff and well stocked. Their homemade bug bite lotion was a life saver with all the mosquitos on Assateague island

This pharmacy is phenomenal. The staff is very friendly and efficient when getting my prescriptions. I highly recommend visiting H&H. They also have the best gifts and bug bite care.

The staff is always friendly and helpful as well as professional. I’ve been trying to get a pharmacy to fill my Wegovy in our village but always get the same answer it’s on back order and no idea when it will be available. I spend my summers here and on a whim, I called to see if it was available and it was. I brought in my script and later that afternoon it was filled/ready for pickup. I was so happy and grateful to those who assisted me.
