You pick and choose who you will see and not. Refuesd to treat me when I couldn't get my primary to forward my records.. I should have lied and said I didn't have one. Then I could have been seen by the doctors. The practice is a joke.. What doctor refuses to see patients just because the patient couldn't get their medical records forwarded.. no thanks.

I can't say enough good things about my experience here! The check in was easy and the lady at the desk was super helpful. The nurse was so nice, incredibly empathetic and went above and beyond to take care of me. The doctor was very professional, kind, gentle and made me feel at ease while putting 13 staples in my head. I can't imagine a better experience at a medical center! Thank you!!!!

doctors around here in this rural area are very hard to come by. but eastern shore rural health keeps our center staffed. im always seen in a timely manner, however it's important to point out that sometimes there maybe a delay in getting appointment. just these post covid times we are all living in. referals to specalists are handled promptly and im very pleased with the service i get here. thanks ESRH!

Thank you so much to the team at Chicoteague CHC. I brought my daughter in while visiting on a camping trip. She fell off of her bike and needed stitches. They were able to triage us and help my daughter with care, concern, and expertise. When I went back to our normal pediatrician to have the stitches taken out she told me they did a wonderful job with the stitches and she healed good as new. Thank you for helping us in our time of need while visiting Chincoteague!

My son exhibited obvious signs of pink eye as did my daughter. The Doctor met with them and my wife for 5 minutes and determined it was ALLERGIES after not even doing as much as an eye swab, ear check or nose check. My wife said the Doctor was extremely rude and Not personable. Mind you my son is in Preschool and around other children, so by her not even doing so much as a eye swab, she put all these other children at risk to get the infection. Now all three of my kids have it when it could have been limited to just the one, maybe two of them. Here we are at 1PM on a Friday and I can guarantee they will not even do so much as send in a prescription for my kids to help fight the infection, so they will be stuck with it until Monday or whenever their bodies can fight it off.
